Welcome to FicSpecies, the fictional species encyclopedia!

FicSpecies is a comprehensive bestiary of the creatures, races and beings that populate the wonderful world of fiction, from mythological monsters and cryptids to sci-fi aliens and fantasy races. Our purposefully loose definition of "fiction" includes everything from film, literature, video games and the like to ancient mythology, cryptozoology and popular culture. You can even add your own species to our user-created section.
